What changed?
The consolidated 31/2009 Games of Chance Law includes the 26/2025 amendment. Article 15 sets the current entry and registration framework. Older pages that still state 18+ for a physical North Cyprus casino floor should not be treated as current legal guidance.
What should a visitor bring?
Bring a valid government-issued identity document. Because identity details are recorded at reception, allow time for an eligibility check. Hotel booking, dress code and casino operating hours are separate property policies and should be confirmed directly with the hotel on the day of the visit.
